The Aurora collection of the Fire Magic line offers one of a true 30" across the board cooking surface, not just the frame of the grill like others measure. A total BTU rating of 75,000 on the main cooking surface and an optional 23,000 BTU rotisserie back burner. The total cooking area is 660 sq. inches allowing you to hold just about anything you want.
