The Aurora collection of the Fire Magic line offers one of a true 36" across the board cooking surface, not just the frame of the grill like others measure. A total BTU rating of 90,000 on the main cooking surface and one 23,000 BTU rotisserie back burners for a combined total of 113,000 BTU's. The total cooking area is 800 sq. inches allowing you to hold just about anything you want.
