At the pinnacle of the Fire Magic
collection are the Echelon built in and portable gas grills. The Fire
Magic Echelon offers consumers the best in grilling technology with
its array of features to keep any grilling enthusiast busy for
weekends to come. The Echelon comes in 3 different size models built
in and portable allowing for customer specific sizing for the outdoor
needs. Some of it's features that we love include a
unique heat zone separator that allows for foods to be grilled at
different temperatures making your grill as versatile as any chef
would want. At the heart of the Echelon and the Aurora is the all
stainless E-Burner that by our standards is the best burner system
among gas grills. Another favorite of Tru-Lite gas on the Echelon is
the wood chip smoker box that is specifically dedicated to it's own
burner system allowing for even smoking.

The flagship of the Fire Magic line offers one of the
largest cooking
surfaces
available in a gas grill today. This gas grill offers a true 36" across
the board cooking surface, not just the frame of the grill
like others measure. A total BTU rating of 99,000 on the main cooking
surface and a 23,000 BTU rotisserie back burner for a combined total
of 122,000 BTU's.
The total cooking area is 792 sq. inches allowing you to hold just about anything you want.
